How can you save us so much money on all of the things in your websight ?
Great question – We travel the world looking for good suppliers . We also travel to all of the major trade shows around the world too each and every year looking for just the right people whom we can work with to save our customers money ( and us too ;) ) We use our buying power from our own arcades and leverage this power to get even better pricing from our suppliers and pass this savings on to you. We have an excellent relationship with our suppliers and by maintaining this relationship they are eager to do more business with our company.
Where do the items I want to buy come from ?
Another great question – Like the rest of the world a lot of the items we sell are from China. We are seeing emerging markets like India and Vietnam coming into the picture also but we are being cautious so as to maintain the quality before we commit heavily to sourcing our products from these areas. Anyway , for now most of the items come from China. We visit China 5-6 times a year and maintain a superior network of contacts throughout the vast country. Pretty much if you need something you don’t see here just ask and we’ll make some phone calls and find it for you. Business in China, as well as most countries, is all about your contacts and we have over 20 years of personal contacts there so although it may seem like a big scary place, to us it is almost like home.
If the items we order are coming over overseas how can you still have me money when you have to ship the items from so far away.
Our company brings in a lot of containers of things each year. Our shipping rates are much lower than an average person would get if you wanted to buy a few things from overseas. Once again our volume gets us better prices and we can pass that one to you. Your items will ship from our New jersey warehouse to you so your actually shipping charges will be the same as you are paying now .
What is my average savings going to be ?
We would like to say that we can pretty much take a minimum of 25 percent off of your current cost on anything we sell. If you want to show us an invoice and deduct 25 percent we are 99.99 percent sure we can do business. In some cases , based on high volume and repeat orders we have saved some of our customers over 50 percent …..so don’t be shy , give us a try !
